CPM, Inc. is seeking a full-time Leasing Associate in Minnesota to guide leasing from inquiry through move-in. You will drive occupancy using creative marketing, tours, and proactive follow-up while maintaining a top-notch resident experience.
Responsibilities include conducting tours, coordinating move-ins, and supporting renewals, all while upholding Fair Housing and regulatory standards. A strong emphasis on service, relationship-building, and on-site collaboration with the Community Manager
