Job summary

CPM, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Operations & Management professional in Texas to own hands-on maintenance and resident service duties.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more while ensuring excellent curb appeal and safety across the community. The role emphasizes flexible, overtime-ready availability, a strong team orientation, and the use of smart technology to track work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or related trade.
• Willing to work overtime, on-call, and non-traditional schedules including weekends/holidays.

You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents. You will address our resident's service needs and will help maintain facility operations. You will report to the Service Supervisor.

Position Specifics

• Full-Time
• Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives

• Take pride in the property's overall appearance by regularly walking the grounds to ensure top-notch curb appeal, while delivering outstanding customer service with a courteous, professional approach in every interaction

Hands on Work

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance needs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and more to keep our community running smoothly andmakingresidents comfortable

Day-to-Day Maintenance & Community Operations

• Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property by performing grounds upkeep, pressure washing, painting, trash removal, and stepping in foradditionalneeds like unit touch-upsandsnow removal(in applicable states)
• Our communities run on smart technology—you'lluse software and mobile apps daily to manage, track, and complete work orders and keep everything running efficiently

Skills for Success:

• Brings hands-on experience in maintenance, manual labor, or a related trade and is ready to hit the ground running
• Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays when the community needs you
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role—bending,lifting upto 100lbsindependently (up to 250lbswithassistance), and comfortable using technology like computers, tablets, and phones to stay connected and get the job done
