Spencer’s is seeking a Leasing Analyst to manage lease payments, settlements, and related accounting for all Spencer’s and Spirit locations, ensuring data integrity and compliance with lease terms.
You will handle rent payments, landlord invoices, settlements, and percentage rent, while coordinating with Real Estate and FP&A on variances and reporting. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent lease experience is preferred, with strong Excel/PeopleSoft skills and a team-oriented mindset.
