Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the apartment industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, leasing, and marketing abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Quick learner with a proactive and energetic approach to leasing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance is required.
• Must be open to work weekends.
