Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for the Highland Chateau Apartments in Memphis, TN. You will lease apartments, provide excellent customer service, and support our lease-up program.

The ideal candidate has strong sales and communication skills, can conduct tours, process applications, and help meet occupancy goals. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Highland Chateau Apartments is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Leasing Agent for our community in Memphis, TN.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer service skills, who is passionate about helping potential residents find their ideal home. The Leasing agent will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the success of our lease-up program.

We offer an attractive hourly pay + commission structure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone

• Process applications and lease paperwork

Requirements

• Customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred (not required)
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
