Key Responsibilities

• Provide property tours for prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of our apartment homes.
• Effectively communicate leasing terms, rental rates, and promotional offers to secure lease agreements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease files, ensuring compliance with lease terms.
• Assist with the completion of lease agreements, applications, and other necessary paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activities and resident interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement leasing strategies.
• Participate in community events and outreach efforts to attract prospective residents.
• Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Make recommendations for rental rate adjustments based on market conditions.
• Conduct inspections on units throughout the property for various reasons.
• Distribute notices, when needed, throughout the complex or properties.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
