Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a friendly Leasing Agent to link residents with ideal apartment homes. You will build rapport, guide applicants through the leasing process, and showcase our community to prospective tenants.

You’ll conduct tours, coordinate with maintenance teams, and deliver exceptional service while meeting leasing demands, including weekends. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

What we're looking for:

• Previous Sales or Customer Service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Benefits and Pay Range:

• The pay range for this position is $18.38 - 20.55 USD per hour depending on experience, plus monthly bonus potential!
• Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
