Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a friendly leasing consultant to engage with prospective and current residents, guiding applicants through the background process and showing available units.

You will work with maintenance to address tenant requests and ensure a positive resident experience, while meeting leasing goals. Weekend availability is a plus and a monthly bonus potential is offered.

Qualifications

• Retail or property leasing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Benefits and Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 17.25 USD per hour depending on experience, plus monthly bonus potential! Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
