Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of tenant/landlord laws, Fair Housing, and marketing products.
• Greet prospects and residents with professional courtesy.
• Maintain professional communications with residents, guests, and partner companies.
• Follow-up with prospects and document phone and written communications.
• Process rental applications and use Highland screening procedures.
