The Breck in Kentucky is seeking a Leasing Agent to greet prospects, show the community, capture leases and convert prospects to residents. You’ll contribute ideas to marketing, participate in resident events and ensure a positive resident experience aligned with S2 Residential’s values.

Responsibilities include leasing, touring, processing income verification, and supporting fair housing compliance while walking the property and maintaining the model.

Qualifications

• Experience as Leasing Agent in multifamily setting or customer service experience
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required

Responsibilities

• Lease, tour, show and close on qualified residents
• Process income, rental and employment verification
• Engage in outreach and online marketing
• Ensure fair housing compliance
• Inspect property and maintain model apartments
