Job summary

MetroPlains Management in Mandan, ND, seeks a dynamic Leasing Agent to join our property management team. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and facilitate smooth move-ins, helping maintain high occupancy and excellent resident relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in engaging prospects, closing leasing deals, and achieving occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to manage resident relations.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to work autonomously to meet targets.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and answer questions from prospects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote property and fill vacant units.
• Record and file guest interactions per company procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of property and vacant apartments.
• Process applications, secure deposits, and oversee move-in procedures.
• Assist with lease renewals, including renewal notices.
• Manage resident relations and respond to questions or emergencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with coworkers and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

What We are Looking For:
