You will lease and market apartments, monitor market trends, coordinate with site staff, handle paperwork, and deliver excellent customer service. This full-time role offers hourly compensation of $25 and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of Leasing Agent experience.
• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
• Proven track of successful sales record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, marketing and negotiation skills.
