Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the friendly face guiding prospective residents through the apartment search and move-in process.

You will greet visitors, conduct tours, answer questions, and help secure leases while maintaining a welcoming community for current residents.

  • Greet, tour, and assist prospective residents in finding the right apartment.

  • Assist with lease renewals and meet leasing targets with strong customer service.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure a smooth move-in process.
