Nolan Living is seeking a Leasing Agent at our North Kansas City location. You’ll be the friendly first impression, guiding prospective residents through tours and move-in readiness.

This role blends sales with resident relations and marketing support to build thriving communities. Requirements include 2+ years in multi-family leasing, excellent communication, knowledge of fair housing laws, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone.
• Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads.
• Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings.
• Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files.
• Participate in resident events and community engagement.
• Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment.
• Achieve a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of prior multi-family leasing experienceis preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings
• Knowledge of fair housing laws
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people

Additional Details:

• High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)
• Work is performed in a professional office environment
• A Valid U.S. Driver's License is required
