WMFHA is seeking a Leasing Agent in Iowa City to market, show, and lease rental units with a focus on customer satisfaction and compliance. You will manage unit availability, pricing, and market conditions, greet prospects, and guide them through the application process.
The role requires 6 months of related sales or property management experience, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and property management software. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
The Leasing Agent markets, shows and leases rental units in that all facets of rental activity are executed legally and efficiently with the customer's and company's best interest always in mind.
Reports directly to the Property Manager; however much of this workload is self-driven based on the needs of the company and customers.

There is no inherent authority however responsibilities include the administration of the guidelines set forth for leasing and application processes as well as conveyance of accurate condition report of units; leasing activity and resident file conditions.
