Ryder Downs/Lakeside in Sanford, NC is seeking a Leasing Professional to handle leasing, resident retention, and administrative tasks in compliance with applicable laws. The role requires greeting prospects, guiding tours, managing applications, and ensuring units are ready for move-in.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (GED) and at least 2 years of residential property management experience, with strong communication and computer skills to use RealPage and MS Office
The Leasing Professional is a customer-facing position and is responsible for leasing, resident retention, and administrative activities in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Position prefers a minimum (2) years’ experience in residential property management.
The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the company.
Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
