Nolan Living is seeking a Leasing Agent in Hilliard, OH. You’ll be the friendly first impression, guiding prospective residents to their perfect home and supporting marketing and leases on site.

Qualifications

• Prior multi-family leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone.
• Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads.
• Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings.
• Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files.
• Participate in resident events and community engagement.
• Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment.
• Achieve a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards.
