Job summary

The Liberty Group is actively seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant in Fairburn, GA. You will meet with prospective residents, present the community's benefits, and guide applicants through the leasing process to secure move-ins.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of leasing experience, knowledge of Fair Housing, and proficiency with apartment software. Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply.

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Leasing Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interacting with prospective residents
• Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community
• Securing lease agreements
• Initiate the process to screen prospective residents
• Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals
• Assists with property marketing activities and resident events

Required Qualifications:

• Tax credit experience a HUGEPLUS
• Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
• Apartment software experience is a MUST.
• Valid I.D. Required
• Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
• Bilingual candidates are always in high demand.

Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
