Job summary

Tipton Asset Group in Denton, TX is seeking an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants. You will be the friendly face of the management office, guiding applicants through tours of available units and handling daily follow ups.

You will complete leasing forms, collect payments, and help maintain high occupancy. Requirements include a High School diploma/GED and at least 1 year of leasing experience; Onesite knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of leasing agent experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management software Onesite.

The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

• High School diploma/GED required
• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
