No previous experience is required; we are excited to train motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and making a difference in residents’ lives. Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support are provided.

The Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people’s lives. Previous experience is not required, if you are a motivated individual, we are excited to train.

Compensation* $19-$20

*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
