Equity Property Partners in Atlanta is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to be the face of our communities, connecting prospective residents with their next home. The role thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and requires hands-on leasing experience at Class C properties.

You will conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, and use Yardi or AppFolio to maintain records, while delivering exceptional service and supporting lease renewals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong HCVP skills.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; real estate license a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities
