Job summary

Blue Castle Agency in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Leasing Advisor for our luxury, fully furnished apartment community. You will guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in, conduct polished tours, and highlight premium amenities to drive occupancy.

You will build a strong leasing pipeline, process applications, coordinate leases, and support renewals while delivering a high-touch customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Luxury apartment or student housing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

A luxury, fully furnished apartment community in the heart of Los Angeles is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Advisor to help drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced leasing team at a high‑end, hospitality‑driven property featuring 149 rentable spaces. Ideal for someone who thrives in a sales‑focused environment, this role combines relationship building, leasing, and customer service while working with a premium residential community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Guide prospective residents through the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to move‑in.
