Ideal candidates bring 1–3+ years in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service, with a preference for multifamily leasing and luxury housing.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Luxury apartment or student housing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Entrata, Yardi, or similar property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced leasing team at a high‑end, hospitality‑driven property featuring 149 rentable spaces.

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 OTE / year

What You’ll Do

• Guide prospective residents through the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to move‑in.
