Lewis Group of Companies in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is seeking a Leasing Administrator to support the Community Director and property team. You’ll manage applications, move-ins, and frontline leasing activities for upscale apartments, ensuring accuracy and a smooth tenant experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of admin/leasing experience, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll work 9am–6pm, including weekends, with competitive hourly pay of $22.50 plus incentives and

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain resident files and documentation
• Confirm apartment move-in dates and details
• Schedule and conduct final move-in paperwork appointments
• Prepare and administer move-in packets, keys, remotes, and related materials
• Assist with leasing tours and sales efforts to meet occupancy goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Collaborate with the property team to ensure company standards are met
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook daily; property management software experience is a plus
