Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Specialist for our Austin, TX Rodeo Drive community. Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, and coordinating move-ins.

You will network locally, drive on-site marketing, and coordinate resident retention efforts. You will handle applications, deposits, and rent collections while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining property standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience: Lease-up experience preferred; 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi software preferred; Tax Credit Specialist accreditation optional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours of apartments and amenities, follow up with prospects, coordinate move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and assess competitors; initiate on-site marketing activities.
• Develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs; manage move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.
• Assist with renewals, lease expirations, notices to vacate, and processing of application fees and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and occupancy standards; maintain organized files and leasing area.
