Join to apply for the LEASE UP - LEASING AGENT role at Bridge Property Management

The Lease-Up Leasing Consultant is responsible for effectively leasing apartments within a multifamily community. In addition to leasing, they assist management with resident programs, administration, and retention strategies.

Essential Functions
  1. Greet, qualify, and give tours of the community, highlighting features and amenities to prospective residents.
  2. Lease apartments by closing sales, securing lease agreements, obtaining necessary information, and processing applications (including rental history, credit, and background checks).
  3. Follow up with prospects regarding their application status.
  4. Accurately input information into computer systems in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure apartments are ready for move-in on the scheduled date.
  6. Assist the manager in collecting delinquent rents.
  7. Help plan and coordinate resident events.
  8. Gather market intelligence on local competition.
  9. Adhere to company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other legal regulations.
  10. Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
  11. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Leasing, sales, and closing experience.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment and basic computer skills.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
Skills and Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of service industry experience.
