Job summary

Simon Property Group in Indianapolis is offering a Leasing Internship designed to expose students to Tenant Analysis, Portfolio Review, and Lease Services. You will work across multiple departments within the Leasing function, developing critical thinking and coordination skills.

You'll support leasing by researching tenants, preparing communications, updating Salesforce, and assisting with meetings and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing by answering leads from Simon.Com and matching them to property/region.
• Assist Local Reps with canvassing.
• Prepare emails to Leasing Team requesting opportunities for tenants.
• Prepare and organize packages for tenants and new business team with property details.
• Support Portfolio Review Meetings by organizing the agenda and facilitating the flow of leasing reps.
• Research new/growing tenants using industry publications; report findings weekly.
• Review ICSC Notes and update Salesforce.
• Update Salesforce activity for restaurant deals.
• Manage Rolodex contacts.
• Prepare statistics for Tenant Executive Summaries.
• Assist on special projects and testing enhancements to leasing systems.
• Develop testing plans and support testing efforts.
