Job Summary:

The Lease & Rental Account Manager will be responsible for growing the long-term profitability of the lease & rental product lines through direct business-to-business sales. The role involves increasing revenues, expanding the customer base, and managing existing accounts in fleet planning and profitability. The ideal candidate is an aggressive, self-motivated individual with strong sales skills and a desire to advance within the company.

The incumbent is expected to model the following practices daily:

  2. Collaborate with key internal and external resources;
  3. Engage in ongoing self-development.
Essential Functions:
  • Promote and reinforce Holt’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission;
  • Identify, pursue, and maintain a steady flow of potential customers through prospecting, networking, and referrals;
  • Drive rental fleet revenue by maintaining strong relationships with local and regional customers and ensuring high product utilization;
  • Provide solutions to meet customers’ operational and financial needs;
  • Engage with C-Level customers and prospects regarding financial and operational aspects of full-service leases;
  • Maintain industry expertise regarding products, benefits, specifications, pricing, and capabilities;
  • Recommend solutions based on customer interests;
  • Demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders from customers;
  • Prepare lease & rental proposals tailored to customer needs;
  • Identify prospective customers through active sales efforts;
  • Monitor market conditions and industry innovations;
  • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders within organizational CRM;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proven sales success with attention to detail and results orientation;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work independently and with people;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to meet the public and make informed decisions.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred;
  • Three to five years of proven sales and customer service experience preferred.
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel as needed; valid driver’s license required;
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in various environments including outdoor settings with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and dirt.
