Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate, property management, or lease administration.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease Negotiation: Negotiate new apartment leases, extensions, renewals, and terminations.
• Lease Review: Review and evaluate lease changes and clarify responsibilities.
• Rent and Payment Oversight: Monitor rent payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Lease Expiration Planning: Track expirations and plan renewals or relocations.
• Landlord and Broker Relations: Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and realtors.
• Unit Sourcing: Identify and secure replacement apartments with landlords and program staff.
• SYSAID Ticket Oversight: Oversee ticket function and ensure timely resolution.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate, audit-ready lease files.
• Supervision: Support the Real Estate Coordinator and other staff.
• Program Partnership: Collaborate with program staff and Facilities Department.
