Danos is seeking Lease Operators to join their team in Fashing, Texas. These professionals will monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational 8/6 schedule.

The ideal candidates are safety-focused, technically skilled, and committed to supporting efficient and reliable production operations. Housing is available, and the position offers competitive wages with benefits to support employees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Lease Operator experience required.
• Upstream facilities knowledge including separation, pumping, gathering, tankage, LACT sales, metering, compression.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Able to meet background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility and fitness checks.
• Must live within 60 miles of Fashing, TX.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells.
• Operate on an 8/6 rotational schedule.
• Support safe, reliable production operations and equipment.
• Assist with facility and process-related tasks as needed.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of Lease Operator experience required
• In-depth understanding of upstream facilities (separation, pumping, gathering, tankage, LACT sales, metering, compression)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid US Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet all conditional job offer requirements (background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility, fit for duty)
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk, bend, stoop, and wear PPE
• Must live within 60 miles of Fashing, TX
