Job summary

Mach-Resource is seeking aSafety-Sensitive Lease Operator to join our field operations in Oklahoma. The role involves daily well checks, safe vehicle operation, and precise monitoring of production on leased sites.

You will work under established safety policies and report findings using our production systems. The position requires the ability to respond quickly to hazards, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in hot or cold conditions while maintaining accurate data entry and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily well checks and monitor production on assigned leases.
  • Safely operate company vehicles while traveling to and from lease sites.
  • Gauge tanks and perform color cuts.
  • Understand directional flow, pressures, tank levels, and verify production data.
  • Perform basic maintenance and field tasks, including changing stuffing box rubbers and pulling plungers.
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and environmentally compliant lease sites.
  • Operate basic artificial lift methods and monitor equipment.
  • Maintain company tools, phone, computer and vehicle and report issues.

A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required.Physical Requirements:Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to potentially hazardous situationsPhysically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 poundsSufficient visual acuity, hearing, and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to climb ladders and stairwells up to 15 feet in heightAbility to work effectively in both hot and cold weather conditionsTraining & Evaluation:Train under a qualified Lease Operator for a minimum of 30 daysEvaluated after 90 days for LO I competency and readinessFoundational Skills, Training, and Basic Field OperationsPrimary Responsibilities:Perform all duties in a safety-sensitive role, adhering to all company safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirementsSafely operate company vehicles while traveling to and from lease sitesConduct daily well checks and monitor production on assigned leasesAccurately gauge tanks and perform color cutsUnderstand directional flow, pressures, tank levels, and verify production data against system inputs (eVIN/Field Ops, Ignition/zdSCADA)Perform basic maintenance and field tasks, including:Changing stuffing box rubbersPulling and inspecting plungersAdjusting, monitoring, and reporting chemical ratesRepairing and kitting basic equipmentMaintain clean, orderly, and environmentally compliant lease sitesOperate basic artificial lift methods, including pumping units, gas lift, ESPs, PAGL, and flowing wellsPerform data entry and utilize production systems (eVIN, Ignition)Maintain a basic understanding of oilfield equipment and terminologyMaintain company-issued tools, phone, computer, and vehicleDemonstrate integrity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn
