Job summary

Crosby is hiring Lease Operators in Dilley, TX to monitor and maintain oilfield production assets, ensuring safe and efficient operation. You will perform routine field duties, record data, and coordinate with foremen and asset managers.

Experience with high production volume wells, H2S awareness, and strong teamwork are essential. A valid driver’s license and proximity to Dilley are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years oilfield experience is required.
• Lease operator experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas production operations.
• Must live within 50 miles of Dilley, TX.

Responsibilities

• Gauge production on assigned wells and report readings to the district office.
• Perform lease maintenance and minor repairs; grease pumping units; service lease equipment.
• Monitor pumps, Wells and equipment; analyze production-related problems.
• Submit daily data and reports in a timely fashion.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety guidelines are followed.
