Job summary

Crosby Energy Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lease Operator to support oil and gas production in the Seminole and Andrews, Texas area. You will operate and maintain production equipment, monitor wells, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe field operations.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with oilfield equipment, solid knowledge of SCADA systems, and a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in a dynamic field setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lease Operator, Pumper, or Production Operator in the oil and gas industry.
• Working knowledge of artificial lift systems, production equipment, and well operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and production-related issues.
• Experience with SCADA systems and electronic production reporting preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and respond to changing field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate producing oil and gas wells and associated production equipment.
• Perform daily well inspections, record production data, and monitor tank levels, pressures, and flow rates.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform minor maintenance on field equipment.
• Inspect and maintain separators, tanks, pumps, compressors, and other production facilities.
• Perform well testing, fluid measurements, and basic production optimization.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, leaks, and safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate production reports and field documentation.
• Follow all company and customer safety procedures and environmental regulation
