ExxonMobil is seeking a Production Operator located in Bakken, ND. You will be responsible for maintaining production data and reliability in the field while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

As part of the ExxonMobil team, you will work outdoors, document data accurately, coordinate with multiple teams, and adhere to strict safety and regulatory standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical energy production in a demanding, rewarding environment.

Formación

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug & alcohol (D&A) screening and background check.
• Ability to perform outdoor work and work alone in field conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and respond to callouts as scheduled.

Responsabilidades

• Steward field safety and environmental initiatives with contractor oversight.
• Document and record production data accurately and communicate with team.
• Troubleshoot and perform field maintenance to maintain reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance and facility repairs with multiple teams.
• Comply with company policies and state/federal regulations, including site security and periodic inspections.

What role you will play on our team

ExxonMobil is seeking a Production Operator located in Bakken. Production Operators play a key role in maintaining and documenting key production data, while also focusing on reliability of their area.

What you will do

• Steward field safety and environmental initiatives along with contractor oversight in your area of responsibility.
• Accurately document and record production data, while communicating effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot and perform field maintenance along with general housekeeping focused on maintaining reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance and facility repairs with multiple teams.
• Comply with company policies along with state and federal regulations, including site security, as well monthly and quarterly inspections

About you

Skills and Qualifications

• Driver's license and clean MVR
• Pass pre-employment D&A screening and background check
• Ability to work outside and alone.
• Available for overtime and callouts during scheduled workdays
• High School Diploma or equivilent

• High mechanical aptitude and critical thinking ability
