Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Production Operator located in Bakken. This role focuses on maintaining production data integrity and reliability of the area, while coordinating with multiple teams and contractors on field safety and environmental initiatives.

You will document data accurately, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Overtime and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and clean MVR.
• Pass pre-employment D&A screening and background check.
• Ability to work outside and alone.
• Available for overtime and callouts during scheduled workdays.
• High School Diploma or equivilent

Responsibilities

• Steward field safety and environmental initiatives along with contractor oversight in your area of responsibility.
• Accurately document and record production data, while communicating effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot and perform field maintenance along with general housekeeping focused on maintaining reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance and facility repairs with multiple teams.
• Comply with company policies along with state and federal regulations, including site security, as well monthly and quarterly inspections

What role you will play on our team
