Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Lease Operator in the United States for on-site oil and gas production operations. The role focuses on operating wells and facilities, analyzing equipment performance, and daily data entry into production accounting systems.

Ideal candidates will have oil & gas production operations experience, basic computer skills for production software, strong communication abilities, and a high school diploma or GED. Driving record must be clean, and supervision is minimal.

Responsibilities

• Operate pumping/flowing oil wells and oil/gas production facilities.

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
• Complete run tickets and input daily production data into the accounting system.
• Operate a route with little direct supervision.
• Assist in training less experienced lease operators.
