Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking an experienced Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas wells across Texas. You will ensure peak efficiency of production equipment while supporting health, safety, and environmental practices in a field setting.

Daily site monitoring, testing and troubleshooting equipment, and completing required paperwork for customers and regulators are core duties. A valid US driver’s license, a High School Diploma or GED, and 1+ year of Lease Operator experience

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical requirements: lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, wear PPE, respond to alarms.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.

Overview

As a LeaseOperator,you willbe responsible formonitoring,optimizing, andmaintainingoil and gas production and injection wells.You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.This role requires extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A successful candidate must have a deep understanding of oil and gas and be capable of troubleshooting various production systems.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can be expected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (with electronic pump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection, and water disposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Job is to be performed by employing safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producing properties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.

• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
