Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, run screenings, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins.

Key responsibilities include driving occupancy through marketing initiatives, maintaining show-ready units, and following up with prospects and residents to close leases or renewals. Strong communication and market awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales within property management or real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies to drive occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform screening, and prepare leases.
• Maintain show units to company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease or renewal.
• Assist with lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
