Job summary

Industry City in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, seeks a Lease Marketing Manager to work directly with the Head of Marketing and leasing team. You’ll own marketing materials and channels seen by brokers and prospects, from flyers to the broker newsletter, ensuring brand voice and timely delivery.

You will manage listings on major platforms, coordinate photography and virtual staging, and craft engaging LinkedIn content to showcase tenant stories and core industries.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of marketing experience, incl. at least 2 in commercial real estate marketing.
• Strong Canva design skills for flyers, decks and collateral; Photoshop for retouching.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for writing and image tasks, with ability to edit outputs.
• Hands-on Mailchimp and WordPress experience.
• Clear, specific writing that can lead with specs and tell real stories on LinkedIn.
• Ability to bring ideas and explain why they’d work.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and tracking marketing budgets.
• Interest in CRE and working with leasing teams to understand how spaces get leased.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to lease marketing strategy with campaigns and tests.
• Produce leasing collateral: broker flyers, decks and general materials on brand voice and deadlines.
• Manage listings on CoStar, LoopNet, CREXI, The Listings Project, and Industry City site.
• Direct space and tenant photography; brief photographers, retouch in Photoshop, and use AI for virtual staging.
• Write, build and send the broker newsletter in Mailchimp.
• Create LinkedIn content for Industry City with tenant stories; manage content calendar.
• Join PR calls with agency to turn tenant stories into content.
• Manage invoices and spend tracking for agencies and platforms; advise on ad budget.
• Support B2B and industry events on campus (tech, robotics, climate).
• Update leasing pages on WordPress and content in tenant app.
