  • Calculate percentage rent charges when applicable, based on lease provisions and reported sales.
  • Input cash receipts into property management software and follow established standard operating procedures for monthly rent collections.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to research and resolve outstanding issues related to tenant accounts, including CAM expenses and budget analysis.
  • Maintain data in lease and property databases, including abstraction of leased and owned property information, and provide quality assurance for all data entered.

  • Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis within a commercial real estate environment.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured reports and communicate findings to property management and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leases and properties simultaneously.
  • Comfort working within established policies and procedures while helping to refine and improve standard forms and processes.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with property managers, landlords, and internal teams.
