Cooper Machinery Services seeks a Lease Compression Technician II to join our field team in Alice, TX. You will own preventative maintenance, troubleshoot repairs, and evaluate performance across natural gas compressor packages while working independently at customer sites.
This role involves field and shop repairs, monitoring equipment performance, and delivering clear recommendations to customers and internal teams to ensure optimal operation.

As a Lease Compression Technician II, you will take ownership of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting repairs, and equipment performance across natural gas compression packages. You will work independently in the field while serving as a trusted technical resource.
This role is ideal for a technician who has built a foundation in natural gas compression and is ready to take on greater technical responsibility. You will have the opportunity to work across engines and compressors, perform repairs in both the field and shop, monitor equipment performance, and provide customers with clear recommendations.
