Foot Locker Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA, is hiring a Lease Compliance Analyst to join our team. The role audits CAM charges, real estate taxes, and related expenses, ensuring lease compliance and accurate accruals, while collaborating with the NY Real Estate team on language and cost requirements.

The position requires an Associates degree or equivalent (or 6 months related experience); proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems; strong organization and analytical skills; and

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from college or trade school, or 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to read and understand lease language preferred but not required.
• Experience with completing reconciliations is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Demonstrate experience working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be able to work well with fellow associates and be an integral part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all changes are in compliance with the lease and are in line with internally established thresholds
• Run queries to extract information from our PeopleSoft Accounting and Lucernex systems
• Review and reconcile landlord billings/statements to actual payments made
• Ensure that all appropriate reviews and approvals are obtained for all Yearly Escrow Reconciliation payments
• Communicate with landlords via phone and written correspondence
• Ensure open lines of communication exist with all Real Estate areas

This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a Lease Compliance Analyst to join our team! The Lease Analyst is responsible for performing lease compliance reviews for charges related to Common Area Maintenance (CAM), real estate taxes, landlord utilities, and waste management. This involves auditing of landlord billings against the lease obligations to ensure that all charges are accurate and in compliance with the lease. This role will facilitate payment and/or proper accrual of the corresponding expense obligations. This role will also work closely with the NY Real Estate team to streamline lease language and understand requirements and costs. This position supports special projects related to landlord account reconciliations, tax projects, providing current information to our internal Real Estate Deal Makers, and other projects focused on ensuring lease compliance and reducing expenses.

Benefits

The hourly range is $24-$27 per hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
