Responsabilités

• Deliver a consultative leasing experience from inquiry through move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and in person.
• Conduct property tours aligned with prospect needs and lifestyle.
• Maintain accurate prospect and leasing data in PM and CRM systems.
• Achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals.
• Maintain and monitor the property’s digital presence and campaigns.
• Plan resident events and support community engagement.
