Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1-2 years of Accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with fixed assets and lease accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine accounting records for accuracy and conformance.
• Register fixed asset additions and dispose of assets timely.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of fixed assets and leases.
• Work with Workday and CoStar to improve asset reporting and ASC 842 compliance.
