The Lease Administration Manager is responsible for supporting the Property Management and Accounting Teams with the tasks associated with the assigned property management portfolio. This position is accountable for the accuracy and completeness of lease data at every stage. From initial abstraction through activation, escalation, amendment, and termination - ensuring that what is documented in the lease is faithfully reflected in the systems that drive billing, reconciliation, and reporting that our Teams rely on. Operating at the critical intersection of property management and accounting, this role requires a professional who can translate complex legal language into actionable financial data, ensure precise lease abstraction, and leverage industry-standard commercial accounting software to drive operational compliance and revenue accuracy.
This position will primarily be performed in a corporate office with little to no exposure to the elements. The position requires regular and prolonged use of office equipment including a computer and keyboard. The ability to sit or stand for extended periods will be necessary. Occasional walking, standing, and lifting to 25 pounds is required.
