Lincoln Property Company in Arlington, VA is seeking a Lease Administrator to support the Lease Administration team under close supervision, handling routine tasks and interfacing with property managers, clients and vendors.
Responsibilities include preparing lease abstracts, transferring data to databases, updating records, generating reports, and maintaining lease files; strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
Under close supervision, the Lease Administrator handles the routine and daily work of the lease administration department. Interfaces with other offices, disciplines and clients to relieve the Leasing Manager of administrative detail relating to lease information.

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 USD
