Array Digital Infrastructure, headquartered in Chicago, offers a paid Lease Administration Internship designed to support a national portfolio of telecommunications leases. You will gain hands-on experience in lease abstraction, data entry, documentation, and payment workflows while working 20 hours per week over 12 months.

You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and participate in projects across lease administration, portfolio management, and process improvement,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Real Estate, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, basic pivots).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in lease administration and infrastructure assets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lease abstraction, including rent, escalators, expiration dates, and amendments.
• Support lease tracking and compliance in internal systems and Excel trackers.
• Review invoices and remittance data for rent and fees reconciliation.
• Maintain organized lease files and documentation.
• Collaborate with leasing, finance, and operations teams as needed.
