Welltower™ Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to play a key role in managing lease accounting and ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for abstracting lease documents, analyzing lease terms, and supporting operational efficiency across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of accounting experience; previous internships preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain lease agreements in Yardi.
• Create and maintain rent schedules per lease terms.
• Analyze and reconcile income statement and balance sheet accounts.
