Qualifications

• Manage lease portfolio financials for approximately 650+ store leases.
• Review payment schedules and invoices for rent, CAM, taxes, and other occupancy costs.
• Audit lease agreements and landlord statements to verify accuracy and recoveries.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor portfolio activity and cost-savings opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with landlords and internal partners.
