Guitar Center is seeking a Lease Accountant to support lease schedules, reconcile operating expenses, and assist with month-end close. You will prepare schedules, review rent and operating expense billing, and help produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
The role involves preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and collaborating with Real Estate and Construction teams to ensure accurate accounting and timely management reports.
The purpose of this jobs is to assist in maintaining lease schedules, reconciling operating expenses with landlords, and additional month-end closing processes.

Pay Rate:$75,000-$85,000/yr depending on background and experience.
